Terms of Use
Last updated: June 26, 2026. These Terms govern access to and use of Ordiax, including the website, application, analytics, reports, and related services. By accessing or using Ordiax, you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Use
You may use Ordiax only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and are able to enter into binding terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the confidentiality of login credentials, and all activity occurring under your account unless caused by Ordiax's breach of these Terms or applicable law.
2. Service Scope
Ordiax provides software-based access to prediction-market orderbook analytics, historical orderbook views, derived market-quality metrics, signals, and AI-assisted summaries based on public or third-party data sources. Features, coverage, limits, and access conditions may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time, subject to mandatory law and any separate written agreement.
3. No Brokerage, Advice, or Fiduciary Relationship
Ordiax is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, financial adviser, legal adviser, tax adviser, or fiduciary. Information displayed through Ordiax is provided for general informational and research purposes only. It is not an offer, solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, instruction, or advice to buy, sell, hold, or enter into any transaction.
4. Acceptable Use
- You must not use Ordiax for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, or harmful activity.
- You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, or disrupt the service.
- You must not bypass throttling, paywalls, plan limits, entitlement checks, or technical restrictions.
- You must not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Ordiax except as permitted by law or written authorization.
5. Market Data and External Sources
Ordiax may display or process data obtained from third-party or public sources, including prediction market venues, market-data endpoints, public news sources, and related infrastructure providers. Such data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, modified, or withdrawn without notice. Derived metrics, visualizations, signals, rankings, labels, and AI-assisted outputs may contain calculation, modeling, summarization, or interpretation errors. You are solely responsible for independent verification and for any decision made in reliance on such information.
6. Access Model and Billing
Certain features may be free, restricted, waitlist-only, gated, usage-limited, or available only under a paid plan. Where paid access is offered, checkout, renewal, cancellation, invoicing, tax handling, and payment processing may be provided by a third-party merchant of record or payment provider. Additional purchase terms presented at checkout apply to paid transactions.
7. Availability, Maintenance, and Outages
Ordiax is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Availability, latency, data freshness, feature behavior, and access may be affected by maintenance, security events, upstream provider failures, network issues, infrastructure incidents, force majeure, legal requirements, or operational constraints.
8. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Notice and Cookies Notice. Account deletion, erasure, or access requests remain subject to identity verification, security requirements, statutory retention duties, billing or tax obligations, dispute handling, and technical limitations of service providers.
9. Intellectual Property
Ordiax, including its software, source code, interface, visualizations, design, text, trade names, trademarks, logos, and other proprietary materials, is protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to access and use the service in accordance with these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ordiax disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of availability, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Ordiax is not liable for trading, investment, financial, legal, tax, operational, or other decisions made using the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where applicable law does not permit limitation.
11. Suspension and Termination
Ordiax may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if required by law, if continued access creates a security or operational risk, if payment obligations are not met, or if Ordiax reasonably believes these Terms have been violated. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
Ordiax may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the stated effective or last-updated date, subject to mandatory notice or consent requirements under applicable law. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
